About The Author

Matthew Greg: is born and raised in County Clare, Ireland, the 6th of 10 living children while his mother had 3 miscarriages. The trials that would shape Matthew through his life began at birth while surviving extreme asthma and jaundice. Learning to deal with injuries such as being dropped onto a concrete slab and splitting his head open with 7 stitches. Then came mishaps and abuse by his neighbour and meeting his best mate. Spending days and evenings in their own private hidey house, talking like only two best mates will or can. His best mate taken by his own hand, and learning to survive and live with half his soul missing. Through his mother’s alcoholism and self hatred, the love he yearned for was found in two failed love affairs that brought his already fragile self worth down to an all time low Through other adversities and major challenges, laying in bed slowly wishing God to take him home, he met a single spark of a light. That grew and became a major fire. Through multiple chats, video calls and finally physical meeting, Matthew met the love of his life. He now resides happily in Ontario, Canada with his husband and two cats.
